UPDATE: Get access to your UK e-mail again (OWA)

Dear Colleagues,
UK-IT came up with a solution for the access of your email via OWA (Outlook Web Access). Therefore you will need your smartphone and one of the following two apps should be installed:
"Google Authenticator“ or „Microsoft Authenticator“, both are available in Google Playstore or in Apple Appstore.
The registration needs to happen in the clinic network (Medlan-P) and we provide two computers in the CECAD Office, room 1.037.
A person for support will be available, the office will be open today until 4.00pm.

Die UK-IT hat eine Lösung bereitgestellt, um den Mailzugang über OWA (Outlook Web Access) wieder zu ermöglichen.
Sie benötigen ihr Smartphone, das bereits eine der beiden folgenden Apps installiert haben sollte:

Dear Colleagues,
UK-IT posted a new notification concerning the blocked access to the email servers
due to cyber attacks:
"OWA and access to external e-mail interface must remain disabled
In connection with a cyber attack on Heilbronn University last week uk-it,
in consultation with the Executive Board, prophylactically locked down the
Outlook Web App (OWA) and the external e-mail interface for access
from the Internet on 4 November 2022.
In the meantime, the corresponding monitoring systems are actually reporting
more activities for validation and spying on e-mail accounts (access data).
In order to be able to offer users e-mail access from outside the UKK network
as quickly as possible, uk-it is expected to provide two-factor secured OWA access from 09.11.2022.
This reliably excludes password misuse (phishing attacks). Users of SecureNotebooks,
CAG access and Blackberry MDM are not affected by the current problem of external access to e-mail.
Further information on two-factor access will be made available on the intranet in a timely manner."

die UK-IT hat zum Thema des gesperrten Email-Zugangs ein neue Meldung
herausgegeben, hier ist die Meldung im Original:
"OWA und Zugriff auf externe E-Mail-Schnittstelle müssen weiterhin deaktiviert bleiben
Im Zusammenhang mit einem Cyberangriff auf die Hochschule Heilbronn in der vergangenen Woche
hat die UK-IT in Absprache mit dem Vorstand kurzfristig am 4. November 2022 prophylaktisch
die Outlook Web App (OWA) und die externe E-Mail-Schnittstelle für den Zugriff aus dem Internet abgeschaltet.
Zwischenzeitlich melden die entsprechenden Überwachungssysteme tatsächlich auch bei uns vermehrt Aktivitäten
zur Validierung und zum Ausspähen von E-Mail-Accounts (Zugriffsdaten).
Um den Nutzern schnellstmöglich den E-Mail-Zugang von außerhalb des UKK-Netzes wieder anbieten zu können,
wird die UK-IT, voraussichtlich ab dem 09.11.2022 einen Zwei-Faktor gesicherten OWA-Zugang zur Verfügung stellen.
Dieser schließt zuverlässig den Password-Missbrauch aus (Phishing-Attacken).
Nutzer von SecureNotebooks, CAG-Zugängen und Blackberry MDM sind vom aktuellen Problem des externen Zugriffs
auf E-Mail nicht betroffen.
Weitere Informationen zum Zwei-Faktor Zugang werden zeitnah im Intranet zur Verfügung gestellt."
